  • Agri Joint Venture Business: Since 2015, we've released P700M+ worth of financing and services to farmers.
  • Agri Supply Business: Company-owned stores providing seeds, fertilizers, and agro-chemicals.
  • Buying & Marketing Business: We buy back wet palay/corn at a protected price and dry/mill them for our "We Will Rice" brand.
  • Trucking Business: In-house fleet (FB close van, Elf Forward Reefer, Drop Side) for efficient movement of goods.
  • Consultancy: Provide free consultation to the poorest farmers and retainer-based services to cooperatives and micro-financing institutions.

Yovel East manages key farm locations demonstrating agricultural success:

  • Tarlac Province: 20 hectares for Rice, Corn, & Assorted Vegetables.
  • Davao City: 70 hectares of Lakatan Banana farm and a significant Durian Farm.
  • Quezon City: Rooftop Urban Farm demonstration facility.
  • Team Expertise: 50 years combined farming experience from professional agricultural engineers, chemists, and agripreneurs.

R&D and Key Projects

"We Will Rice" Program

A flagship project involving **100 hectares of rice farm clustering**, professional agri management, financing, machinery services, and guaranteed buy-back (palay) for their premium rice brand.

A-Z Agri Program

End-to-end management from planning, harvesting, up to the buying of crop. Includes setting up handling facilities (solar drying, re-circulating dryers) and warehousing.

Coconut Climbing Machine

Developed in partnership with DOST. This innovation is now patented and in the process of commercialization to help harvest more coconuts efficiently.

"This ISDA Way" Fish Tank

A developed system for high-intensity aquaculture, demonstrating the cultivation of Tilapia for local farmers and cooperatives.

Gulayan Sa Paaralan

In partnership with Go Negosyo KALAP and DepEd, establishing facilities featuring **Hydroponics Greenhouse, Drip Irrigation, and High Intensive Aquaculture Systems** for training.

"Treelizer" Fertilizer

Our own research-developed line of customized fertilizers and micronized plant nutrients, designed to significantly lower the cost of inputs for farmers.

Nursery Production

Tissue Banana, Coffee, Cacao, Kalamansi, etc., showcasing expertise in plant propagation and cultivation for diverse crops.
